Appointments

We strongly recommend an advance appointment for any of our services. Please
arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure the full length of your
service.
For all appointments valued at $300 or more, a credit card deposit will be
required.

Cancellations

Because we reserve time especially for you, we ask for at least 24 hours advance
notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy enables us
to schedule another client, and in turn, maintain the fair prices and
uncompromising quality of our service. As is customary, failure to provide
notice within the time specified will result in a 50% billing of scheduled
services.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in stated prices, and cannot be included on credit
card charges.

Kids

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children
may not be left alone in the reception/retail area at any time. Children are NOT
permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent’s hair
service for the safety of the child, parent, and especially the salon staff.
The parent or guardian of any disruptive or loud child will be asked to remove
the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for other
clients.
Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your
support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is
greatly appreciated.

Guarantee

Any product purchased at Mosaic Salon may be exchanged within 30 days for a more
suitable product.
At Mosaic Salon, our goal is to make you happy. If you are not completely
satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days and we will either
correct or repeat the service at no charge.
