Availability
Spins Unlimited virtual tour packages for Non Real Estate (e.g. restaurant, salon, non real estate, hotels, etc.) tours are currently available in San Francisco, Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Davis, Woodland and Sacramento. Spins Unlimited will travel outside of this radius for an additional charge. (An additional charge amount will be determined based on distance of location).
*The additional charge amount for traveling outside of a 50 mile radius of downtown Sacramento will begin at a flat fee of $39 and a mileage fee of .42¢ per mile.
Real Estate and Rental Properties are available ONLY in Sacramento, Davis, and Woodland and up to a 50 mile radius. Spins Unlimited will travel outside of this radius for an additional charge. (An additional charge amount will be determined based on distance of location).
Tour Cancellation / Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a virtual tour, please do so 24hrs prior to the day of the scheduled shoot. Our schedules are prepared 24hrs in advance. If you do not cancel or reschedule 24hrs prior to the scheduled shoot date, we will request that you pay a $25 cancellation / rescheduling fee.
If we need to make 2 trips: If our photographer goes to your house or establishment and can not get access, or your establishment is not ready to be shot the photographers will wait 15 minutes. In most cases we will direct the photographer to their next tour, and we will request that you pay a $50 Double Trip Fee.
Spins Unlimited wants to ensure that we provide the highest quality service available. We ask that you work with your sales agent in making sure that your establishment is clean and set up the way you want it to appear in the photos (e.g. tables fully set, counters clean, all lights on and burnt out bulbs replaced etc.)
Our photographers do not have time to help setup and clean up for you so please have your establishment ready to be shot at the scheduled time.
