| Details: Welcome to Buonarroti (Bonarotee) Ristoranti, named after the great renaissance artist, Michelangelo Buonarroti. Born in 1475 at Caprese, in Tuscany, he lived and worked for nearly a century. His divine paintings, sculptures and architectural works are admired world wide. When owner and Chef Daniel Alcantaro first began sharing his homemade red sauce, which has been part of his family for generations, everyone knew it was something special. For many years family and friends have savored his sauce and we think you will agree that it is truly extraordinary. Over the years he has created several other delightful sauces and we encourage you to try them all!!! By the way, we do love our garlic, but we are happy to go lighter if you so desire. At Buonarroti, we pride ourselves in quality and service and we welcome your comments, good or bad. So please feel free to share your thoughts!! In our attempt to bring a taste of Old Italy to this charming and quaint community, we hope that you enjoy your dining experience. Buon Appetito!! Testimonials Thank you for all you and your staff did for us during the rehearsal dinner on Friday February 21, 2004. I again feel bad that some of those in attendance lacked manners and insisted on causing problems, but I really appreciate that your staff handled everything in a polite and smooth way. Please tell your husband that I received many compliments on the quality of the food and service. However, all I did was to arrange the dinner, he and your staff prepared and it made everything come together. We also loved your building and decor. ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- I just wanted to thank you again for helping to make our P & O holiday dinner such a success! The food was delicious, the service excellent, and your staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Please pass my group's thanks and appreciation to all who were involved. Please [make our reservation] for our 2nd annual "Buonarroti holiday Party". ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- Thank you so much for helping us to make the January 22nd, Dinner Meeting a great success! The food, the service and ambiance were excellent. We are proud that Buonarroti's was enjoyed by our fellow government officials. ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- You helped make the difference. It was a fabulous success! Thank you for all of your dedication and hard work, we really appreciate it and couldn't have done it without you. Thank you so much for making us look good. We had rave reviews on the food. I apologize for the clean up confusion. Thanks for being so accomodating, you guys are awesome! ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- Wine is indeed good with food. I myself had the Ecco Domani Chianti and my dad had the Sangiovese. And Kayla liked her pasta, I'm quite sure because she nearly finished it all, but she was expecting it to taste like String's pasta, which is very Americanized. My dad and I were able to appreciate it for what it was: real Italian pasta. ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- I took the family to Buonarotti's last. It was awesome, of course. My dad really, really enjoyed it. I could tell... because he actually used the phrase: "This is exquisite dining." And ordinarily, I'm the *ONLY* one in the family that would use the word exquisite. My mom had the Farfalle Pesto with Grilled Chicken and she enjoyed it very much. My brother had some kind of seafood thing, I forget the name. It had octopus, clams and shrimp and was cooked with linguine in a garlic sauce. My sister had the Cappelini de Checca (Angel Hair w/ Marinara Sauce) and I really liked their sauce...! And of course, I had the Farfalle Pesto with Grilled Chicken again because ever since I had the last time, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. |
