All services that we offer will be Performed by Students and supervised by an instructor. Only clients receiving services will be allowed on the clinic floor. Exceptions are as follows: Children needing adult supervision during the service. Physically challenged clients who may require assistance. Children not receiving services must remain in the reception area and be supervised. Please be on time: A no show is when a client is 10 minutes past their appointment time. NO SHOES NO SHIRT NO SERVICE any product purchased, may not be brought back in and used for a future service Requests will not be made based on accumulative hours. If you are dissatisfied with a chemical service you must return with-in 3 working days of your appointment and have it examined by an instructor. NO CASH REFUNDS: Only credit is issued within 7 days of Service.
