The Great Frame Up opened for business in November 1991 in Sacramento on Howe
Avenue. We moved to 4005 Manzanita Avenue, Carmichael, CA in June 2007. Owned
and Operated by Charles and Helga Popp, both Certified Picture Framers (CPF's)
with the Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA). Charles is a past
president of the local Sacramento Valley Chapter of the PPFA. Helga's framing
designs have won several First, Second and Third Place awards in competition
with other custom framers, so you know your framing project will look just
right!! After 18 years of experience, we know framing!
