Details:
Tears of the sun, this is how the Incas first referred to gold.
Through out history gold has been the first and most valuable ore
to mankind. Its first uses were ornamental then as it still is
today. This valuable substance has long been a number one basis
for world wide currency.

Hardly any other substance known to us has been more significant
in its uses from adornment to economy. From ancient Egypt to the
gold fields of California in the 1800s, its possession has made
many rich beyond their wildest expectations.

Though the earliest knowledge of the first ones to make use of
gold may be lost to us, what it has meant to us since then is
remarkable the world over.

Making articles of adornment with gold goes back as far as we can
trace. Using it for that same purpose today is greater than ever.
The combination of gold with gem stones goes back hundreds and
hundreds of years, combining it with diamonds, almost as long.
Gold and diamond jewelry is probably the most popular combination
ever achieved.

It is found in every imaginable piece of jewelry. Rings with
diamonds during the 14th and 15th century amongst the royalty of
Europe started a voracious appetite for them. Elaborate necklaces
and bracelets were done in gold with diamonds. Gold had been used
in the making of royal crowns throughout history, but during this
time diamonds were the crowning touches, so to speak.

Gold and diamond jewelry first became fashionable in America at
the turn of the 20th century when diamonds had begun to become
more available to the common masses. The rich and the famous
prided themselves in the elegant creations they wore. White gold
was used in many styles of jewelry at this time. Platinum was
used also as an option to gold.

The gold used in jewelry making today is usually 10k or 14k
yellow or white gold. Jewelry made in countries like India is
more likely to be made from 18k or 21k gold, which is softer than
10k or 14k.

The diamonds used in gold jewelry creations can vary a great deal
in quality and price. It is common today for those wanting gold
jewelry with diamond embellishments to have fake or laboratory
produced diamonds instead of real ones when cost is a factor.

The sought after glamour of a gold and diamond piece of jewelry
can be achieved, even if the diamonds may not be what is
considered real.

I was having some financial troubles and I was thinking about
selling my jewelry to the Cash 4 Gold scammers, well luckily I
found this store called The Gold Digger in Elk Grove. I thought
the name pretty funny so I stopped by. The guy in there was so
nice and sincere, It didn't hurt that he was a hottie
too...LOL....Anyways I showed him my jewelry and he paid me way
more than I was expecting. I was soooo happy. I felt very
comfortable with the whole experience. I defiantly recommend
people to stop by this store if your thinking about selling any
valuables.
