Our commitment to the sport of motorcycling goes beyond the typical realm of
selling machines, parts and accessories. Owner Vic Guidera has created a
full-spectrum center of style and performance designed to fulfill the rider's
expectations at every level. After completing his education and earning an
engineering degree, he decided to apply his expertise in the racing arena. His
first enterprise, California Cycle Works, opened in 1969, and he designed and
produced custom front ends, bike frames and sprint car chassis. In 1976, he
opened Harley-Davidson of Citrus Heights, California. In 1982 and '83, he
collaborated in the creation of a highly successful drag bike. The tradition of
performance continued, and after relocating to the Rocklin facility in 1997, Vic
has maintained a stable of three Pro-Stock drag bikes, from 120 to 160 cubic
inches! Son Matt has ridden and won in AHDRA events in Pro Modified and V-Rod.
classes. The Rocklin Motorsports Race Team now travels nationwide to compete in
NHRA/Powerade drag racing events. Rider Matt Guidera and brother Len have
joined Vic on the road racing in the Pro Stock Motorcycle class with their 190+
MPH S&S/Buell rocket ship. You can see them on ESPN2 on elimination Sundays
throughout the season.
