As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.

While the symbolic and legendary meanings of flowers were known to many during Elizabethan times, it was the Victorians who assigned simple messages to individual flowers. Introduced to the Swedish court in 1714 by Charles II, the Victorian mode of flower language soon spread throughout Europe.
During this time of strict protocol and conformity, men and women used the beauty and color of flowers to express emotions, wishes and thoughts they dared not speak, and every corsage, bouquet, and garland represented a carefully chosen sentiment. Presentation was also important; for example, a bouquet with a ribbon tied to the left told about the giver, while a ribbon tied to the right signified the receiver. Upside-down bouquets portrayed the exact opposite of the flowers' common meanings: to receive an inverted rose was the ultimate form of rejection.
Flower Language became so important that durch die Blume sprechen (speaking through flowers) became a Western proverb, which meant any flowery or poetic expression hiding a secret message of love.
Delivery Policies
Sunday delivery is not available.
There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests
Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital
Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO?s.
Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.
