Availability
Real Estate and Rental Properties are available ONLY in Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, and up to a 50 mile radius (of Downtown Sacramento). Spins Unlimited will travel outside of this radius for an additional charge. (An additional charge amount will be determined based on distance of location).
Spins Unlimited's virtual tour packages for Non Real Estate (e.g. restaurant, salon, non real estate, hotels, etc.) are currently available in San Francisco, Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Davis, Woodland and Sacramento. Spins Unlimited will travel outside of this radius for an additional charge. (An additional charge amount will be determined based on distance of location).
*The additional charge amount for traveling outside of a 50 mile radius of downtown Sacramento will begin at a flat fee of $39 and a mileage fee of .42cents per mile.

RENEWAL:
Real Estate tours, upon the tours one year anniversary with Spins Unlimited your company will receive an email (to the email address provided on your account's profile) regarding renewal information. Renewal is optional for Real Estate tours. This renewal is for tour hosting for an additional year. If you choose to renew you would simply follow the renewal instructions provided in the renewal email sent on your tour's one year anniversary. The renewal will be for one full year of tour hosting. If you choose not to renew at the time of your one year anniversary with Spins Unlimited, your tour URL will be deactivated, but will be available for reactivation for up to 2 weeks after your one year anniversary date with Spins Unlimited.
Client's who have a Non Real Estate Virtual Tour with Spins Unlimited that have revolving inventory , rotating stock, or who has possibly remodeled, may want to update their tour or tours to include this new and exciting inventory , stock or new look. They will not have to repay the initial shooting fee that was paid on the original tour package. Instead if you choose to update or enhance your account with new spins, stills, and or both of your (restaurant, salon, boutique, wedding facility, hotel, or all tours non real estate, etc.), the cost will be $150 per trip, with the number of spins and/or stills, or both, not superseding the number of spins and/or stills, or both that were part of your original tour. For $99 you can add an additional spin.
Non Real Estate tours "Other Tours", upon the tours one year anniversary with Spins Unlimited your company will receive an email (to the email address provided on your account's profile) regarding renewal information. The email received will provide the client an option to CANCEL their tour. If client does not cancel, the credit card on file with Spins Unlimited will be automatically charged for the renewal hosting fee $69 (one more year of tour hosting). If a client so chooses to cancel they simply send an email to SpinsUnlimited@yahoo.com and to ensure proper cancellation we require the client to provide the following: Subject header must state "Cancellation", in text of email please include Name of Company, Name of Client on profile, and Contact Information.

Services provided by Spins Unlimited beyond virtual tours:

- Head Shoots/Group Photos/ Family Portraits:
- $99 for up to 12 choice photos including (disc provided)
- Restaurant Menu Photo Shoots/ Special Events:
- $150 for the first hour and up to 30 choice photos (disc provided), $99 each additional hour
- For existing clients photos can be added to existing virtual tour
- Create Your Own Flyer: *Free!
- Download quality photos and spins for your creation of flyers, coupons, menu headers, and any promotional literature
- Custom Flyers & Business Cards:
- $65 including up to 2 proofing sessions each flyer. Each proof thereafter $15
- For existing client's photos and spins that already existing on your virtual tour page will be used for design.
- Custom Design: (Promotional packages, Menu Design, and Web Page banners and logos)
- $119 per hour includes up to 2 proofs per project. Each proof thereafter $15
- For existing client's photos and spins that already existing on your virtual tour page can be used along with any other information a Client's submits along for design
- Showcase Tour (Home Page) Advertisements:
- $99 for up to 4 weeks on the home page of SpinsUnlimited.com
- Remove Spins Unlimited Logo from Clients Virtual Tour Page:
- $250 option removes the Spins Unlimited Logo present on clients virtual tour page
