When choosing to do business with Spins Unlimited you understand that Spins Unlimited shall not be liable for any copyright infringement of any photos, stills, spins or music, but not limited to text, software, data base, or any information that pertains to you or any client. Spins Unlimited is protected by U.S. and international laws related to intellectual property. Each Client agrees not to resell, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, distribute or copy , goods, content, products, services or information obtained from Spins Unlimited or SpinsUnlimited.com nor exploit association with Spins Unlimited or SpinsUnlimited.com for commercial or advertising purposes without the express written permission of Spins Unlimited. For the limited purpose of promoting SpinsUnlimited.com or identifying oneself as a Spins Unlimited Client, SpinsUnlimited.com may allow a Client to link to SpinsUnlimited.com and use SpinsUnlimited.com's logo, provided that the appropriate trademark and copyright notices are used, as Spins Unlimited may instruct. Permission requests should be directed to Spins Unlimited by email, sent to: SpinsUnlimited@yahoo.com. A Client may not otherwise copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission from Spins Unlimited.

Spins Unlimited has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and for no reason at all. Spins Unlimited will do everything in its power to maintain that your link is active at all times, however we can not predict any unforeseen problems with any client, internet ,or internet browser, internet service, or internet connection that may or may not cause disruptions for anything reason related to anything at all including but not limited to acts of God, acts of civil disturbance, strikes, war or any labor disputes and disturbances, laws regulations, acts ,or order ,or any government agency or official thereof.

DISPUTES
In the event that you, the Client, has a dispute with one or more other Client(s) of Spins Unlimited or SpinsUnlimited.com, you release Spins Unlimited and SpinsUnlimited.com ,(and our successors, representatives, principals, officers, employees, agents, administrators, attorneys, affiliated corporations, parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns, and licensees) from claims, liability, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. In connection with the foregoing, you, the Client, hereby waive any and all rights under California Civil Code section 1542, and any similar federal, state, or local law. The section provides as follows:

Section 1542. General Release - Claims Extinguished.
A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.
