Each Client agrees not to resell, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, distribute or copy , goods, content, products, services or information obtained from Spins Unlimited HI or SpinsUnlimited.com nor exploit association with Spins Unlimited HI or SpinsUnlimited.com for commercial or advertising purposes without the express written permission of Spins Unlimited HI. For the limited purpose of promoting SpinsUnlimited.com or identifying oneself as a Spins Unlimited HI Client, SpinsUnlimited.com may allow a Client to link to SpinsUnlimited.com and use Spins Unlimited HI logo, provided that the appropriate trademark and copyright notices are used, as Spins Unlimited HI may instruct. Permission requests should be directed to Spins Unlimited HI by email, sent to: office@aspinsunlimited.com. A Client may not otherwise copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission from Spins Unlimited HI.
Spins Unlimited HI has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and for no reason at all. Spins Unlimited HI will do everything in its power to maintain that your link is active at all times, however we cannot predict any unforeseen problems with any client, internet ,or internet browser, internet service, or internet connection that may or may not cause disruptions for anything reason related to anything at all including but not limited to acts of God, acts of civil disturbance, strikes, war or any labor disputes and disturbances, laws regulations, acts ,or order ,or any government agency or official thereof.
DISPUTES
In the event that you, the Client, has a dispute with one or more other Client(s) of Spins Unlimited HI or SpinsUnlimited.com, you release Spins Unlimited HI and SpinsUnlimited.com ,(and our successors, representatives, principals, officers, employees, agents, administrators, attorneys, affiliated corporations, parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns, and licensees) from claims, liability, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. In connection with the foregoing, you, the Client, hereby waive any and all rights under Hawaii Civil Code, and any similar federal, state, or local law. Any and all disputed will be held in the state of Hawaii.
