| Details: The Best Kept BBQ Secret in El Dorado County is Sierra Smokehouse. We serve award winning, Southern Style BBQ from our dine-in and carry-out location in Cameron Park, CA, off the Cambridge Road Exit. OUR HOURS OF OPERATION ARE CHANGING EFFECTIVE 4/11/11. NEW HOURS: We are open Wednesday through Sunday. We open at 11:30 am on Wednesday through Saturday and close at 8 pm. We open on Sunday at 11 am and close at 6 pm. We are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Our meats are slow cooked for up to 18 hours at low temperatures in our mobile, state of the art 100% wood fired smoker. We are also a fully licensed, insured and health department certified Custom Catering Company who can serve fresh off the grill BBQ for up to 2,250 hungry Q'nthusiasts and provide local drop-off service for parties of 10 or more. Our unique competition BBQ trailer is self-contained and certified as a mobile food facility which allows us to serve our great tasting BBQ at any location.
