| Details: The Best Kept BBQ Secret in El Dorado County is Sierra Smokehouse. We serve award winning, Southern Style BBQ from our dine-in and carry-out location in Cameron Park, CA, off the Cambridge Road Exit. We open at 11:30 am on Monday through Saturday and close at 7 pm on Monday through Thursday, 8 pm on Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Our meats are slow cooked for up to 18 hours at low temperatures in our mobile, state of the art 100% wood fired smoker. We are also a fully licensed, insured and health department certified Custom Catering Company who can serve fresh off the grill BBQ for up to 1,500 hungry Q'nthusiasts and provide local drop-off service for parties of 10 or more. Our unique competition BBQ trailer is self-contained and certified as a mobile food facility which allows us to serve our great tasting BBQ at any location.
