Fair in the early 1960s. We still make the Peanut Brittle exactly as it was made
more than 40 years ago. Eric Snook (3rd generation) has perfected the art of
Peanut Brittle. He can be seen cooking, pouring onto the 8 foot marble slab,
spreading, flipping, and stretching Snooks Peanut Brittle to our classic thin
finish.
