King bed and full size futon that makes a comfy bed. Kitchenette area with full size refrigerator. Free wifi, cable tv, free washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and board, beach towels and linens, private parking next to unit and the use of our 40 foot salt water swimming pool. Located on the NW side of the main building separated by a walkway and storage area from the apartment located on the NE side giving total privacy. The studio rents for $145 per night for double occupancy based on weekly rental. |
