Here at the wellness center we offer massage, acupuncture, and skin care. We firmly believe that knowledge is power and do our best to provide you with health tips, stretching exercises, and changes in eating habits, all geared towards improving your quality of life.
We are located in Honokawai, halfway between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, on the west side of Maui. We are directly across from a delightful beach park, next to the Farmers Market and health food store and Bad Ass coffee.
Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.
Acupuncture helps restore the body's "Qi" and return the body to homeostasis (optimal health).
Facials help repair damage from the sun, aging, acne and just keep the face looking younger and healthier.

Meet our Therapist's
Tammy Biddix is the lead therapist here at the wellness center, Tammy began her training at The Reese Institute of Massage in Florida, with over 20+ years of experience and training in Myofascial release, shiatsu, deep tissue, Thai, Lymphatic drainage, Cranial sacral, and Reiki. Tammy likes to blend a variety of techniques to custom fit each client. If you enjoy moderate to very deep pressure with special attention to the feet, back, neck and shoulders, focusing on relief from spasms and pain, Tammy is the therapist for you
Danny Cunningham graduated from the Maui Academy of the Healing Arts in 1999 and has been practicing on the west side ever since. Danny specializes in Deep Lomi also called Temple Lomi, in combination with Shiatsu and deep tissue training. If you are looking for moderate to very deep pressure that places you in a meditative state and rejuvenates your body, Danny is the therapist for you.
Kate Newman moved here from the big city. After her career as a NYC financial analyst, Kate moved to southern California and started her massage career. With over 17 years experience Kate specializes in deep tissue, medical massage, Lomi-Lomi, and Lymphatic drainage. She also brings some energy work to the table. If you are looking for light to moderately deep pressure with a focus on neck, back, and abdominal work, a release of stuck energy and buried stress then Kate is the therapist for you.
